Goodbody was formed on the foundation of mental and physical healing through Pilates practice and intentional breathwork. What you learn in a Goodbody private session will guide you to intentional movement the rest of your life. Goodbody strives to challenge your body and your mind wherever you are in your journey. At Goodbody, you’ll find the strength to take up space, to own your power, and to move through life with greater confidence, clarity, and joy.

We specialize in 1:1 private session, duo private sessions, and semi-private micro classes. Privates are suited to all individuals and uniquely catered to all fitness levels, from the beginner to the advanced Pilates practitioner, you will find a supportive environment for all your fitness goals. Expect to sweat, smile, and challenge your mind and body!

Every session has a mission to put you first, push your limits, strengthen your core, restore your balance, become one with your breath, all while nurturing a community that sees and values you.

Kate Wickham

Kate is a Mat and Reformer Certified Pilates Instructor and aerial fitness instructor. Kate is also a Licensed Mental Health Therapist specializing in mindfulness, anxiety and holistic health. Kate fell in love with Pilates as it transformed how she moved through life physically and mentally. Through Pilates, Kate found that she was not only breathing better, getting stronger, and feeling more confident… she also noticed the decrease in mental and physical stress of her previous career as a Child Psychiatric Therapist. Kate noticed how much Pilates and her skills as a Licensed Therapist connected not only for her but transformed work with her clients.

Kate began to integrate Pilates foundations of breathwork, centering, control, and precision into her daily lifestyle and would teach these to her clients in the therapy room and Pilates studio. This found to be life changing for her clients and she saw her clients using Pilates principals to calm their nervous system and to feel more connected to their mind and body.

This experience inspired Goodbody Pilates and Flow.
