Studio Policies and Etiquette

Location & Arrival

  • Location: Provided upon booking. Address is not public to protect my privacy; however, I will inform of address before session or at our consultation. Please respect the privacy of this home-based studio.

  • Arrival: Arrive no more than 5 minutes early. I may be finishing with another client or preparing the studio.

  • Parking: Parking is free, please park on the right side of the street.

What to Bring & Wear

  • Wear fitted, comfortable clothing. Avoid zippers, jewelry, or anything that could damage the equipment.

  • Bring water and any personal items you may need during your session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  • I understand emergencies happen—please communicate as early as possible.

Payments & Packages

  • Payment is due at the time of booking via Mindbody.

  • Payments are non-refundable, non-transferable.

  • You are responsible for coordinating your duet partner.

  • Full session fee applies whether one or both participants attend.

  • Both clients must complete the waiver and agree to studio policies.

  • Payment for Duet Sessions are facilitated through the Mindbody Software-full amount is due at time of booking of $100.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform me of any injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions prior to your session.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please stay home. I will extend the same courtesy.

  • Studio equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each session.

Waiver & Intake Form

All clients must complete a health intake and liability waiver before their first session. This helps ensure each session is safe and tailored to your needs.

Communication

Text or email is the preferred method for scheduling and questions. I aim to respond within 24 hours.

This is a professional space located in a private home. Please:

  • Silence your phone before entering

  • Remove your shoes at the door

  • Keep conversations respectful and focused on your session
