  • Located in the Bel Rue Crest Center unit 19 on the top floor! Parking available behind the building off of Race Rd. Additional parking behind the Guardian Savings Bank off of Harrison Ave.

  • No! At Goodbody Pilates and Flow we meet you where you are in your Pilates journey whether you are a beginner or advanced. If you are nervous to start group classes, you can book a private session to feel comfortable beginning!

  • We use Mindbody booking software to book private session appointments! On the “Schedule” page you will be directly to our booking site on Mindbody to schedule your preferred time of private session.

  • Bring your water bottle! If signed up for GOODBODY Fusion please bring your own mat. We do not have mats available at the studio.

  • Any athletic clothing should suffice! Leggings, tank top, t-shirt and shorts. If you wear socks, please make sure they are grip socks for safety.

  • Absolutely! Consult with your doctor always before attending any of our sessions. Please let us know before arrival if you are pregnant and need any preferred needs. Also, please attend out GOODBODY Bloom class for specialized attention for individuals who have pre/postnatal needs.

  • Parking lot is free. There is extra parking behind the Guardian Savings Bank off of Harrison Ave.

  • We specialize in small group and private sessions for the reason of our clients achieving full attention and benefit of Pilates practice. Every session is unique and tailored to your needs versus a class that may not have what you need that day and not full attention at certain moments.

  • While it is not necessary, it is best practice for your instructor to understand more about you, your health history, and goals for Pilates before privates begin. It is Free and a quick phone call/video chat, we recommend all clients take advantage of this consult!

  • With parental consent. I am able to see clients as young as 16 years old.

    There is no max age limit, however, please contact your doctor if you are concerned about health concerns related to your age.
