Step into the world of GOODBODY Pilates Reformer in an intimate, supportive setting designed for beginners. This small group class open to 3 participants introduces you to the fundamentals of Pilates movement and the unique benefits of the reformer machine. You’ll learn proper alignment, core activation, and safe transitions while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
With personalized attention and hands-on guidance, this class sets the foundation for confidence and success in your Pilates practice—perfect if you’re new to the reformer or want to refresh the basics.

GOODBODY's Signature full body class open to three participants. Our signature class that blends strength, core stability, and seamless movement for an elevated full-body workout. Designed for all levels, each sequence is layered so you can choose your pace — whether you’re finding your foundation or craving an advanced challenge. Expect dynamic reformer flows, precise form corrections, and a luxe finish with restorative breathwork and our signature lavender towel ritual.
Class will still run even with one participant scheduled.

A Pilates reformer experience designed to build strength, sculpt the body, and elevate your practice. Ignite blends powerful sequences, precise form, and seamless flow to challenge every muscle while maintaining control and alignment. GOODBODY Begin class or previous Pilates reformer experience required to ensure safety and proper technique. Move with intention, feel empowered, and leave energized — a full-body workout with a luxurious boutique touch. Ending with the cool lavender towel and breathwork cool down.

Experience the best of both worlds with this hybrid class blending mat and reformer work. Flow through precise reformer sequences, then challenge your core and stability on the mat. Layered for all levels, Fusion strengthens, tones, and elongates the body while maintaining control and elegance. Move with intention, leave empowered, and enjoy a full-body Pilates workout. Ending with a cool lavender towel.

GOODBODY Bloom | Pre + Postnatal Pilates Reformer
Support your body before, during, and after pregnancy in this intimate 3-person Reformer Pilates class. Designed using the GOODBODY Method, pre/postnatal sessions focus on gentle, safe movements that strengthen the core, support the back, and improve posture, while postnatal sessions guide you in rebuilding strength, restoring core and pelvic floor function, and regaining mobility. With a small group size, each class provides hands-on adjustments and personalized guidance, helping you move with confidence, connect with your breath, and nurture your body at every stage of motherhood.
Non-heated. 60-minute class. Low impact/High Intensity.
